Colette's is the company we (me and my friend who i was planning with) used for my friend's wedding and they were absolutely wonderful. They arrived precisely on time and got set up very quickly and easily with very little instruction from us and were already ready when guests began arriving. The food itself was better then you would expect from a standard caterer but the service was the outstanding trait in my opinion, the servers and other staff were so friendly that they felt as though they were invited guests. They also completely customized their menu for our personal tastes and needs for the wedding, this was easier than it sounds and really added a lot to the dining experience presented there. Also,from my understanding they will serve almost any location in the greater LA area with no extra fee for distance like some lower end companies. All of these services were also provided at a very reasonable price. The bottom line is that, having only used them once for a simple to semi fancy wedding, they are absolutely amazing at their job and run a great business. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone with at least a somewhat well funded budget and a need for excellent service.
