When charged with handling the decorations at my brother's wedding, my natural inclination was to outsource the task to someone far more qualified. So I shopped around our town for a florist. However, I needed much more than just flowers. I needed someone who could really plan, suggest, coordinate, and pull off their part of the event. I found Donahoe's Florist in our local shopping center and was thrilled with the advice they gave, and even more thrilled with the final outcome. I walked in the shop and the woman behind the counter could sense that I didn't have the slightest clue on what I was looking for. She asked me what I needed, and after my blank stare opened the door to a 30-second awkward silence, she just smiled and opened a big, bright, colorful book of floral arrangements. She showed me a wide assortment of arrangements, like ""Moondance,"" ""Always a Lady,"" ""Lavish Love,"" and ""Cotton Candy."" I settled on Always a Lady, as I knew the flowers were for my future sister-in-law's benefit. Flowers aren't always a ""guy"" thing, hence my brother asking his brother to handle such a task. On the day of the wedding, Donahoe's sent out a three-person team with dozens of arrangements tied in ribbons and placed in real glass vases. It was really beautiful, and they were in and out long before the guests started arriving. And it was also a cost-effective solution, considering we needed over 30 arrangements, one for each table. I'd definitely recommend Donahoe's Florist for your event.
