Terms & Conditions Included in the Rental Rate: Use of the Event Hall Use of Chairs and Tables and Table Runners Use of the Music System Setup and Windup Time: The rental duration for the Event Hall includes the necessary time required for setup before the party and windup after the event concludes. Access to the hall outside of the specified time slot is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon with Soul Arts and Events. Any additional time needed beyond the agreed-upon time slot will be subject to extra charges, and prompt payment of these charges is agreed upon. Usage and Care: Responsible use of provided equipment and furniture is expected. No damage is to be caused to the equipment or furniture. Return to Original Positions: Responsibility lies with the renter to return all equipment and furniture to their original positions. Cleanup After Party: Cleaning of debris and trash is required. Removal of decorations without causing damage is mandatory. Restrooms must be left in a clean condition, with no spillages or damage to the property. Parties Involving Minors: Groups with minors (under age 18) must provide an adult supervisor. No unattended minors are allowed in the Event Hall. The adult is responsible for ensuring that the children do not run around the property. Use of Projector: If the projector and projector screen are used, an additional cost of $75 per use is applicable. Damage and Repairs: In case of damages incurred by the renter or their guests/customers, the responsibility is to fix it within a week or Soul Arts and Events will handle it using their own contractor. The renter agrees to be charged the cost of fixing and a 15% admin overhead fee. Additionally, if such damages result in the inability to use the full or partially rented space or equipment, the renter agrees to compensate for the loss of use of those equipment or the space. Liability and Indemnification: The renter certifies reading, understanding, and agreeing to abide by the facility rules and regulations. The renter agrees to hold Soul Arts and Events and Soul Foods India LLC harmless from any injury, loss, damage, liability, cost, or expense arising during and related to the use and occupancy of the facility, to the extent such issues arise from negligent acts or omissions of the renter or their guests and customers. The renter will be responsible for any damages sustained by the facility, and compensation for any lost equipment or damages to Soul Arts and Events' property shall be provided within seven days. Additional Rules and Regulations: a. The access to the Event Hall will be provided exactly for the time slot it was rented. The place must be vacated on or before the end of the time slot. b. No cooking with gas/fire or any heat conductor is allowed inside the premises. Only catering of food and cold live food options are permitted. c. Smoking and gambling are strictly prohibited inside the premises. d. The loud noise from the music system should not disturb the customers from other businesses in the vicinity. The noise level should not exceed a 75 Decibels limit at any point. Occupancy Limit: At no point during the event shall the occupancy of the Event Hall exceed 72 persons. It is the responsibility of the renter to ensure compliance with this occupancy limit for safety regulations. Video Surveillance: Soul Arts and Events reserve the right to install video surveillance in open areas for security purposes.
