Terms and Conditions

Prior to the end of your allotted time, you agree to clean the Venue leaving it in the condition in which it was found at the beginning of the rental period. All property, decorations, food, rented items, guests, agents and sub-contractors must be out at the end of the rental agreement time period. No items are allowed to be stored at the Venue. Leaving rented property or any other substantial items at the Venue will result in a charge of $100 an hour. If the rented property is not out of the venue prior to the next event, the items will be treated as trash and disposed of. If you should need special considerations this will have to be discussed and agreed upon in writing prior to your event. In the instance that excessive trash is left in the Venue, its restrooms or in front of the premises all of the security deposit will be withheld and additional charges may be incurred.

Cancellation Policy: Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Payment : Cash, Credit Card, Zelle, CashApp Payment is due: Deposit % Day of event prior to start
