Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable and applies to all events, rentals, or services. Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 5 days before the scheduled event. Failure to make the final payment by this deadline may result in the cancellation of the booking without a refund of the deposit. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 4 days before the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. For cancellations made earlier, the deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled date, subject to availability and approval. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, but rescheduling is subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Force Majeure: In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), we reserve the right to reschedule the event without penalty or offer a full refund of the deposit. Damages and Liability: The client is responsible for any damages to the venue or rental equipment during the event. A security deposit may be required in addition to the booking deposit, which will be refunded after the event, provided no damages occur. Compliance: All events must comply with local laws and regulations, including noise ordinances, capacity limits, and any other applicable restrictions. Confirmation: A booking is only considered confirmed once the deposit is received and a confirmation email is sent by our team.
