The Planned Event is one of the most efficient event planning organization that I have ever dealt with in the past five years. They have the ability to plan every part of their event just the way that you want it. They are quite attentive what their client says so that they can make the vision a reality. My church and I had a trip planned to Africa that was becoming quite overwhelming as it required coordination of flights and multiple hotel accommodations. The staff was very flexible as our plans changed on more than one occasion. In fact they created a back-up plan when the trip was postponed. The CEO quickly negotiated with vendors to ensure that we would not incur any penalties. This saved us several thousand dollars because of this vendors' ingenuity and foresight. The Planned Event stepped in and seamlessly executed every aspect of the trip. They were also able to save my organization money by negotiating the best rates possible. They established a report with several booking agents which led to my team being treated with the greatest hospitality upon arrival.
