Deposit is 50% of the total payment and is due at the time the contract is signed. Final payment is due no later than 90 days prior to the event. Payment can be made with cash, check or card. Cancellation 90 days prior to the event - full refund. Cancellation less than 90 days but more than 30 days prior to the event - 50% of payment will be refunded. Cancellation 30 days prior to the event - no portion of the rental fee will be refunded.
