We had our wedding her in October of 2021. Carolyn was such a pleasure to work with. Even with the challenging times, she was always on top of everything. All of the staff the day of were amazing and the food was also fantastic! My husband and I got married May 2019 at Baxter Creek Golf Course and could not be more happy with our venue choice. From planning our big day to celebrating our big day everything went so smoothly. There was not a candle forgot to be lit or a napkin out of place. We were able to have everything from our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, dinner and reception at Baxter Creek which made it easy for everyone attending. We received numerous compliments from our guests on how amazing the dinner was and how lovely the golf course was. We would not have been able to make our big day go so amazing without the help from Carolyn and all the staff at Baxter Creek. There is not a thing I would change and would definitely recommend Baxter Creek Golf Club to anyone looking for a beautiful venue for their special day!

We celebrated our marriage at Baxter Creek Golf Club in September, 2019. Carolyn Westington, the event manager at Baxter Creek was simply fantastic. Arranging any event of this size can be stressful, but working with her was completely pain-free. She anticipated our needs - even anticipating things that we didn't know that we needed! Carolyn recommended other vendors for linens and music/entertainment. We went with all of her recommendations and were pleased with the service provided by all of the vendors. The staff members at Baxter Creek were incredibly kind and welcoming to our guests of all ages. The grounds were scenic (especially in autumn), and provided some awesome backdrops for our photographer. The homemade desserts (pie and pavlova) served at dinner were a huge hit. If Baxter Creek is the size/type of venue you are considering for your wedding or event, we strongly recommend that you give Carolyn a call and see if it is a fit for you.
