Please contact us for our complete terms & conditions, but a sample contract is attached below. Our pricing is based on what you choose. Do it your way! For example, we have a few tables and chairs you can rent from us, or you can bring in other tables and chairs as you wish. We have a few faux flower decorations you can rent, or you can bring in your own florist. The basic $1,850 rental would be our basic venue without the tent. If you add the tent, and based on which areas you want to use for your guests, we can accommodate up to 100 guests; and the lighted tent, with stand-up bars, is an additional $650 and we set it up and take it down for you. We have many more options to offer, but you are not obligated to use our add-ons. Our venue can be used for receptions, ceremonies, bridal or baby showers, corporate parties, and much more.
