We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders and this is required a minimum of one week prior to the date of the party or at the time of ordering. The remainder is due upon delivery.
Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled 3 days before the event will be charged a $75 cancelation fee. Often times, custom and hand-made details of your order will need to be made in advance. Therefore, at least 5 full days or 120 hours notice is needed in order to cancel any custom order, without a fee.
