terms per our contract This contract constitutes the only agreement between the parties hereunto in this matter and no other agreements are effective. All amendments hereto shall only be in writing and signed by all parties. If paying the balance by CHECK, check must be received no later than 5 days prior to the event date. All checks should be made payable to A 2 Z MOBILE MUSIC. If paying the balance by CREDIT CARD, payment must be made online prior to the event. We cannot process credit card payments on site. Outdoor Events: A 2 Z MOBILE MUSIC reserves the right to halt or cease performance due to weather conditions. Client may request to move event indoors but original time contracted remains in effect. If event must be cancelled and less than 50% of event has occurred, the client may reschedule their event at no charge at a date and time agreed upon by both parties. If event must be cancelled and 50% or greater of time contracted has occurred, the event shall be deemed complete. Cancellation: If client cancels event for any reason within 90 days of event date, client will remain liable for 25% of balance to be paid. Any money(s) already paid will not be refunded. A 2 Z MOBILE MUSIC reserves the right to use images of event for promotional materials unless otherwise specified by client. If Client defaults in Client’s performance or payment herein and it becomes necessary for A 2 Z MOBILE MUSIC to employ an attorney to enforce or defend their rights herein, Client agrees to pay A 2 Z MOBILE MUSIC reasonable attorney’s fees in connection therewith regardless of whether or not enforcing payment and all other matters shall be proper in Tarrant County, Texas. This agreement shall inure to the benefit of and shall be binding upon the parties hereunto, their heirs, successors and assigns.
