Payment terms: At the time of reservation: 25% of total fees as non-refundable token advance to reserve and block the date and time of the event. Within 2 weeks from the event date: Remaining balance including fees for additional items and refundable security deposit. Refundable security deposit shall be returned 2 weeks after the event if no damages. Card processing fee of 5% if paying by credit / debit card.

Dedicated Bar area, Service area, separate Bride and Groom rooms with attached dressing areas and full baths. Large Covered patio, landscaped outdoor area, outdoor stage and string lights. 200 Chiavari chairs (White color) 16 Round tables (6’ diameter – seats 10-12/table) 4 Rectangular tables (6’ x 30” – seats 6-8/table) Additional rentals (Subject to availability): Chairs, Chair cushions, Chair bows, Tables, Cake table, Table cloths, Overlays or Table runners, Center pieces, LED Dance Floor, Stage, Podium, Projector and Mic with speaker system.
