Terms and Conditions

Payment: 25% of the total venue rental reservation is due and required at the time of booking, and the full remaining balance of the total venue rental reservation is required 180 days before the original scheduled arrival date of the venue rental reservation. Requirements: Signed Venue Rental Agreement; Event Insurance Policy; $1500 Security Damage Deposit (authorized credit card hold throughout reservation); Proof of licensed and insured vendors. Cancellation: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges which have been previously paid by the Guest (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee), will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 365 days prior to the arrival date of the venue rental reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges which have been previously paid (less $495.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 180 days prior to the arrival date of the venue rental reservation. For cancellations made within 180 days prior to the arrival date of the venue rental reservation, no refund will be issued.
