Our Ford Room is approximately 900 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 30-40 people with the banquet style seating, or up to 50-60 with classroom or theater style seating. The rental fee is $300.00 and includes all set-up, break-down, and clean-up fees.

The next step to proceed with the booking would be to determine your food & beverage needs (if any), and for us to send you a Banquet Room Agreement with all of the details. Two weeks before the event we take a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due the day of the event. Deposits may be made via major credit card or check. Cancellations within this 2 week window will be considered non-refundable. Final headcounts and final menu are due to hotel at the 2 week mark.
Our Edison Room is approximately 1,200 sq. ft. and can accommodate up to 80-90 people with the banquet style seating, or up to 100 with classroom or theater style seating. The rental fee is $500.00 and includes all set-up, break-down, and clean-up fees.
You are welcome to decorate the room as you would like, as long as there are no holes punctured in the walls (i.e. hanging decorations with thumbtacks). The hotel will provide a basic set-up of tables, chairs, and white table linens.
