The Bubbly Bee is a vintage Italian Piaggio "Ape" (pronounced "ah-pay" in Italian which translates to "honey bee" in English) transformed into a miniature mobile bar. Her name is Honey. She has three taps that can serve a variety of beverages such as beer, wine, prosecco, custom cocktails and more! Non-alcoholic options such as cold brew coffee, kombucha and Torani soda bar are also available. Her name is Honey and she spent her early life hauling goods to markets in and around the boot of Italy. Honey has now travelled across the Atlantic Ocean to begin her new adventure in SWFL.
