Our corporate executive chef, Chef Paul Niedermann, is the season 9 winner of Gordon Ramsey's popular cooking show, "Hell's Kitchen."
He has created French and Family-style dining menus for our guests to really elevate the dining experience. We have three French Service menus to choose from. They are not your traditional set menu where your guests have to select one item from each course. You select the menu and your guest get everything on that menu. There is a lot of variety and value for money.
Menu range from $89 - $135. Custom-designed menus are available upon request. Our Sales Director and Chef are happy to sit with you to design your menu to suit your visions and budget.

Chef Paul has designed some light to heavy Hor D'Oeuvre menus for the Cocktail and Appetizer style event, to a cocktail hour before a seated dinner. Items are served on art decor platters passed or buffet style setups.
