Non-Refundable Policy At Merfig Enterprise, LLC we strive to provide exceptional service and ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. However, due to the nature of our business and the efforts involved in reserving and preparing our equipment and services for your event, we have implemented the following "No-refund Policy" for all photo booths rental, throne chair rental, and event planning services: Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to the event. Once a deposit has been paid, it is considered as a commitment to reserve the date, time, requested equipment, and (or) services for your specified event. Cancellation and Refund: To cancel, please call (954) 348-8945. To get a full refund, a cancelation must be done (7) days prior to your scheduled date. If your fail to notify us (7) days prior to your scheduled date, you automatically lose your deposit. Cancellations 2 days prior to the event date will result in forfeiture of the entire payment. Merfig Enterprise, LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemic-related restrictions, etc.) without liability. In such cases, a full refund or alternative service date will be offered. Damages and Losses: 1. The client assumes full responsibility for the proper care and use of our equipment and services during the rental period. 2. Any damages or losses to our equipment or property, excluding normal wear and tear, will be the client's responsibility and may result in additional charges. We understand that unforeseen situations may arise, and we are committed to providing the best possible assistance and support.
