For people needing a day of consultant. Two meetings before the wedding. Rehearsal the day before the wedding. Day of typically is from 10:00 am until all items have been returned. We handle all of the details so that you can be in the moment.
The Wedding Consultant will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
• Confirmation of all vendors prior to wedding day
• Creation and distribution of bridal party timelines
• Orchestration of rehearsal run through at venue
• Pick up and set up of all items including place cards, gift box, and favors
• Meeting makeup & hair staff to ensure arrival /setup
• Check in of all vendors and deliveries
• Management of set up for ceremony and reception areas
• Distribution of all personal flowers
• Lining up bridal party for ceremony processional
• Ensuring officiates have marriage license
• Assisting photographer with requested shots
• Cueing of music and entertainment - names in order of party
• Coordination of all wedding hallmarks
• Assisting guests with transitions, seating, etc
• Distribution of all final payments on wedding day
• Returning all items such as cake cutters, champagne flutes, cake stands, gift cards, gifts, and other personal items to the bridal suite
Additional Services may be provided by mutual agreement at the Hourly Rate listed in this contract.

Terms and Conditions
1. The Couple is responsible for paying for all vendors, vendor products and services in full.
2. The Couple shall not change the date, time or location of the wedding ceremony as listed in paragraph B. of this agreement without first contacting and advising the Wedding Consultant of said change so as to determine whether the Wedding Consultant is still available to provide services.
3. If The Couple does change the date, time or location of the scheduled wedding ceremony, and The Wedding Consultant is unavailable to provide services, then The Wedding Consultant is released from all contract obligations, and shall in no way be held responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for non-performance. The Couple also forfeits contract fee specified in paragraph A for non-compliance with this agreement.
4. The Non-Refundable Retainer fee MUST be paid in advance and is required, along with a signed contract, to book the date and time for the services of the Wedding Consultant. Retainer fees are not refundable for any reason.
5. The Couple agrees to pay to the Wedding Consultant the contract fee plus any mutually agreed upon additional services or unusual travel expense that the Wedding Consultant may incur. To reserve the above date, the NON-REFUNDABLE retainer fee shall be remitted with this agreement. The remaining balance of the contract fee is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. If the balance is not received two weeks before the wedding date then The Couple’s reserved time and date are considered open and may be booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. Reservations made with less than 21 days remaining until the wedding require a 100% non-refundable payment. There is a $45 return check fee on all returned checks.
6. For weddings over 40 miles round trip from Ft. Lauderdale there will be an additional travel fee to be determined by the Wedding Consultant depending on location. The travel fee is to be paid two weeks prior to the wedding date.
7. The Couple accepts responsibility for purchasing items needed for the wedding and reception. If The Couple requests any special provisions or services from the Wedding Consultant, the details and fee structure will be noted in an addendum to this contract.
8. The Couple is responsible for providing specified items to the Wedding Consultant no later than 24 hours prior to the wedding. These items may include:
• Place cards in alphabetical order
• Menu cards / programs
• Cake top
• Cake knife & server
• Guest book & pen
• Champagne glasses
• Gift basket/box/bag
• List of bridal party
o Parents of groom
o Bride maids and groomsmen
o Maid of honor and best man
o Flower girl/boy and ring bearer
o Parents of bride
o Bride
E GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The Wedding Consultant shall arrive at the wedding location at an agreed upon time to meet the vendors. The Couple fully understands and agrees that the Wedding Consultant shall not be responsible or held liable in the event the Wedding Consultant is prohibited from providing wedding day services due to illness, hospitalization, auto accident, transportation breakdown/disruption, traffic difficulties, acts of God such as hurricanes or inclement weather or other unforeseen incapacitation or other cause of non-arrival on the day of the wedding. The Wedding Consultant will make every attempt to notify The Couple and to provide for a substitute Wedding Consultant who can provide services if time and resources permit. In any event, The Wedding Consultant, his agents and assigns shall NOT be held liable for any compensation or any damages (including punitive) due to non-performance of any wedding services resulting from such incapacitations, non-arrival, errors and/or omissions of any type.
2. The Couple gives permission and shall allow the Wedding Consultant to post photograph(s) of them, the wedding ceremony setting, and reception setting on the Wedding Consultant’s website and social medie sites for viewi
This package is for those who have found a venue and one other major vendor such as photographer or caterer
The Wedding Consultant will provide the following services under the terms of this Agreement:
• Creation of scale diagrams, seating charts, and wedding event timeline(s)
• Logistics planning of ceremony & reception spaces
• Limited Vendor Selection (does not include hotel/catering)
• Obtaining and reviewing of all vendor contracts
• Menu and beverage program planning
• Confirmation of all vendors prior to wedding day
• Unlimited e-mail and phone correspondence
• Save the date, invitation, and other stationary assistance
• Selection of favors and other personal touches for the wedding
• Creation and distribution of bridal party timelines
• Orchestration of rehearsal run through at venue
• Pick up and set up of all items including place cards, gift box, and favors
• Meeting makeup & hair staff to ensure arrival /setup
• Check in of all vendors and deliveries
• Management of set up for ceremony and reception areas
