Terms and Conditions: This Wedding Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this th Day in , 2014, by and between collectively “Client”) and Ideal I Do’s LLC, a Florida corporation, (“Agent”), which outlines all event-related services provided by Agent (and its employees, agents, subcontractors and associates), the fees charged for said services, and stipulations and restrictions on said services. Client and Agent acknowledge that they have been provided a full explanation of this contract and they agree to be completely bound by the terms. Wedding Package: is as described in above table. Agent hereby represents and warrants to Client that all equipment to be provided by Agent for the wedding ceremony on the Wedding Date will be in first class condition and state of repair for which conditions are adequately represented within the photos depicted on Agent’s website. Payment: A deposit representing 50% (fifty percent) of the total amount owed is required upon the execution of this Agreement. Client may rescind this Agreement with a full refund within three (3) days of the date of this Agreement according to state law. No other refunds will be offered for deposit. Any remaining balance is due on or before 2 weeks before wedding date (“Payment Date”). If any remaining balance is not paid on or before the Payment Date, Agent shall notify Client prior to canceling the date by email only. Both individuals constituting client shall be jointly and severally responsible for the payment of the deposit and any remaining balance owed on or after the Payment Date, and it will be charged to previous payment method or a new one. Any disputed charge (chargeback) that is resolved in agents favor may be assessed in up to $500 penalty and interest charges. Agent accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashier’s/Bank Check, Debit Card via phone (a receipt will be emailed). No checks or any form of electronic payment will be accepted less than 2 weeks before wedding date. Debit cards are OK. Date Change: Client may change the date or time is free up to three (3) months prior to the Wedding Date. All changes must be in writing and are subject to Agent’s availability. Other postponement or changes may be possible at the discretion of the parties and subject to change fee to be determined. Military Deployment: In the event there is a cancellation of this Agreement due to military deployments, cancelled leave, change of PCS or TDY orders, we will allow a cancellation, termination or reinstatement of the Agreement with a written cancellation letter and official orders. Agent will not charge any additional fees or penalties to Client for a postponement of the wedding ceremony that has to be rescheduled. Agent will reschedule the Wedding Date and accommodate Client with an alternative, mutually agreeable date. However, in the event one of you becomes deceased due to the act of war, we will return and refund any unused consultation hours and the wedding day hours as stated in this contract. Setting: Agent is responsible for the wedding ceremony set up and cleanup. However, beaches are in the public domain, and Client acknowledges that there are conditions beyond the control of Agent, such as, including the behavior of Client’s guests (especially children) as well as damage caused to the white aisle runner by guests. Agent is also not responsible for any local construction, the behavior of other beach visitors, traffic and parking. If such conditions are present (or forecast to be present) and Agent believes that it is crucial to move the wedding ceremony for the safety and/or comfort of Client’s guests, Agent (or its subcontractors, employees, associates and agents) hereby reserves the right to do so its discretion.
