16 Oaks is located on a 40 acre family farm in Southwest, Iowa located on the East edge of the city of Fontanelle. The Venue’s spacious architecture provides a climate controlled area for up to 400 guests. Our staff is dedicated to make sure each and every customer is happy and taken care of. We take pride in the versatility of our venue; no two events are the same because each customer is able to personalize their vision. We wanted to provide a venue with modern conveniences but not to lose our country feel so we salvaged as much of the original barn as possible recreating it inside the new structure exactly 100 years later. The restrooms, commercial kitchen and the full-services bar sit on the first level of the barn. The second story of the barn is finished as living quarters and can be used by the the bride to get ready if your ceremony is on-site.
