Saturday dates are not available for this package more than 4 weeks out. %50 deposit and contract signature required to secure date. All major credit cards accepted (Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex) or check. Remaining balance due 30 days prior to event (events booked less than 30 days in advance must be payed in full). NOTE: Deposit is fully refundable within thirty (30) days of the signed/dated contract. If it becomes necessary for the Lessee to cancel the event after the thirty (30) days the Regatta Inn will only be able to waive the Lessee's liability for the remaining balance of the contract if the event date is rebooked. If the scheduled event date is not rebooked, the Lesee is liable for the full remainder of the contracted balance.
