Airport Policies:
• All rates are for an INSIDE/CURBSIDE Pick-up at a designated pick-up area.
• City Sky Limo suggests that upon arrival to the airport, you can Call us (914-252-8493) or email us at info@cityskylimo.com to confirm your arrival as well as to be informed of the vehicle that has been designated for your service.
• THIRTY (30) minutes of free waiting time for Domestic Flight & international Flight is included from landing time.
• Our MEET & GREET service ($9.00 for all airports) is extended automatically, especially for pickups from international flights.
• We strongly believe that meeting our passengers either by the concourse or the baggage claim area is in the best interest of the passenger. Whether we can assist with the luggage or simply save you time in connecting with the driver, the meet and greet service proves to be helpful and reliable.
• Additional waiting time is charged at $4 per minute for luxury Sedans, SUVs, Stretch Limo. If otherwise instructed for a curbside pickup at a designated pickup area from an international flight.
• After making the reservation you will receive the driver Phone number on trip date.
• A stop at any airport terminal en-route is charged at ($50) Sedans & ($75) SUVs and ($100) Stretch Limo & Van per stop. Tolls are additional.
• Airport round trips are charged as two full fares.

Overtime, Travel Time, Extra Stops, Tolls:
This is an initial confirmation of the trip(s) and does not include: overtime charges incurred during the performance of hourly trip(s), stops made during POINT TO POINT trips, stops made and/or waiting time incurred during AIRPORT TRANSFERS, Travel time will be added to all services performed outside Metropolitan Area (outside city where our base is located), garage to garage charge may be added to some trips. Customer shall assume responsibility for any Toll Fees that are incurred during travel unless the route is to no fault of the customer due to inclement weather, accidents, etc.
• We are always on time or even early, however some circumstances are beyond our control.
We will always notify you in case of any delays.
No-Show Policy:
VERY Important, to avoid being charge for "NO SHOW" at the pick-up location established, YOU MUST TEXT US & CALL US - VERY SIMPLE.
NO SHOW (airport, hotel, etc.):
IF you do not see your driver at the PICK-UP LOCATION established on your reservation DO NOT LEAVE the spot before Call & Text us our office (IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO TEXT US & CALL US. If you LEAVE THE PICK-UP LOCATION without calling us you will be CHARGED for the full price of the ride contracted.
Cancellation Policy:
To make sure that your car is on time every time, please follow this policy. Notify us according to the set time or a Full no-show charge would be applied.
Weekend events, Holidays, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Awards and any special events - one-week cancellation policy or full charge applies. All other days there is a 24-hour cancellation policy or full charge will be applied. New Years, Christmas, Weddings, Proms, or any other major holidays and/or events – must be cancelled 2 weeks before the trip or full charge will apply. All specialty vehicles such as the Hummer, Buses, etc., will have a 4-day cancellation policy. All cancellations must be made by email or phone. Trip is considered canceled after the client receives cancellation email. *ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*
