The Event center prices events per person attending your event. The kitchen is the same price regardless of how many people attend. You will need to notify the event coordinator no less than a week in advance with set-up details if any is required. An employee will set-up tables and chairs as desired by the client. There is an additional fee if the room needs to be changed out by an employee multiple times in a day. All prices are per day.
1-50 attendees: $600/ Day
51-60 $700/ Day
61-70 $800/Day
71-80 $900/ Day
81-90 $1000/ Day
91-100 $1100/ Day
101-150 $1300/ Day
KITCHEN
Group will have access to the kitchen for the entire day including refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher, dishes, and serving utensils. Group is responsible for cleaning up the kitchen each day.
Community Room in Bermed Lodge $100
The group will have access to the CR for the entire day. An employee will set-up the space before your event begins. There is 1 restroom. The room can hold up to 40 people.
Art Room in Barn $50
The group will have access to the AR for the entire day. The set-up for this room is limited but tables and chairs are provided as well as an exterior door to the space and 1 restroom. This room can hold up to 20 people.
All prices are subject to 5.3% state tax unless you are a non-profit and submit your tax exemption certifications. All groups will be asked to submit a $250 security deposit when contract is signed. This will be refunded after the event if there is no damage to the building. FEV also requires all groups to carry and provide documentation of insurance.
There are additional costs if your group holds a concert/ event open to the public. Use of the lighting, sound, or projection systems connected to the stage, require a staff member and come with an additional fee.
