About Flowery Branch Train Depot & Community Room

The Flowery Branch Depot is a beautiful setting for weddings and special events for up to 100 people, 80 max sit down. The Flowery Branch Depot is a rehabilitation of the original 1901 building. Those reserving the Depot and their guests are reminded that the building is a historic site that has been preserved for the benefit of present and future generations and must be treated with respect. The Community Room is a beautiful open room with lots of natural lighting. It can accommodate up to 145 people for your banquet, party or meeting.

Train depot - An Eventective User from Flowery Branch, GA

This place we so adorable! We had our wedding and reception here. We had a small 30 person wedding. The rustic and romantic vibes were amazing! I am so happy we chose this place. And it was way affordable than any where else I check on.

This is my second event at the depot , one was a baby shower and my other was a birthday party. Staff is super helpful and the space/parking is perfect!

Great place for our Rehearsal Dinner - An Eventective User

From the moment we first inquired, we were quite pleased with our decision to book the Depot for our son’s wedding rehearsal dinner. The coordinator Rene was very kind and accommodating. And the venue is in a great location within the newly renovated downtown Flowery Branch, a quaint friendly setting. The Depot itself was nicely appointed; a historical landmark. My only recommendation is install a bathroom upstairs as well as a sink for the caterer. Speaking of caterer, highly recommend Iron House, one of their listed caterers. Delicious food, reasonable prices, kind staff.
