Knight Productions Terms Of Service • A retainer Fee of $100 Is Due Upon Agreeing To Hire Knight Productions For Your Event • In The Event That Client Has Given Knight Productions Six (6) Weeks Prior Written Notice Of Cancellation Of This Agreement For Any Reason, Knight Productions Will Do It’s Best To Seek A Comparable Engagement For The Time And Date Of This Event. Outside Of That, Client Is Responsible To Knight Productions For Payment In Full. • Client Is Liable To Knight Productions For Any Damage To Any Equipment Used at The Event Resulting From Vandalization Or Negligent Action By The Client And/Or Any Persons Attending Or Sponsoring The Event. • Personnel Provided By Knight Productions Shall Enforce Disciplinary Measures For Just Cause And Carry Out Instructions As To Selection Of Music And Manner Of Performance
