We started Budy Finch in the summer of 2014 to provide beautiful high-end catering with a focus on local and comfort foods. We believe in the winning combination of the freshest ingredients prepared well and displayed beautifully. Budy Finch has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and we have worked in some esteemed restaurants, including James Beard winning and nominated spots, and large gourmet food service groups. Our small wares and serving ware come from local artisan, Crazy Green Studio Pottery in RAD of Asheville. We buy from local farmers and producers and even have our own small farm that produces tomatoes & produce, flowers, and herbs in the summer. We are excited to share our love of good food and company with you!
