About The Aspen Room
Flagstaff first do-it-yourself Banquet Hall, where the tables and chairs come provided with your rental. Up to 20 tables (10 round and 10 rectangle ) and 120 chairs provided. Our facility holds up to 200 people. You are welcome to bring in your own food and drinks/liquor. Military and nonprofit will receive an additional 10% off with proof of certificate.

The venue was clean and spacious. I liked the fact that there was a refrigerator, microwave and sink. The chairs and tables were readily available and easy to set up. I would recommend this venue to others.
70th Birthday Party

The 70th birthday party for Grandpa was a huge success. There was plenty of room. the only draw back was there no microphone, if one was to be provided, it was not. Great Venue, will definitely recommend and return. Thank you for the use of the Aspen Room.
