All-Inclusive Weekend Wedding Includes: • Weekend rental of the Vale Royal Barn & Inn. Friday 9 a.m. - Sunday noon. • Friday is for set-up & rehearsal dinner. Saturday is for the main event. Sunday is for clean-up. Check out is noon. • Two nights stay for up to six people in our well appointed Inn. • Bridal Suite for the bride and bridesmaids. • 72" round tables and natural wood x-back chairs. (Indoor use only.) • Linens and napkins. • Rustic benches for outdoor ceremonies and one rustic arbor. • 5 ceremony locations - The woods, riverside dock, grass courtyard, covered bridge, and prairie style meadow.(The barn is the backup location if it rains.) • Caterer's/Bartenders room - Includes sink, refrigerator and ice chest. • Indoor bathrooms (Handicapped accessible.) • Day of manager. • 1 golf cart. • 1 rustic barn wood bar. • Two large vintage cable spools for cake stand or gift table. • Six whiskey barrels. • Parking attendants. • Lawn games. • Bonfire pits and wood for bonfire.
