Birthday parties, anniversaries, private dinners, ect . We have tables and chairs, outdoor sound system if requested, dance floor, outdoor kitchen and a beautiful event space. For kids parties we have a private river beach. We limit our parties without cabin rental to 40 guests.

Ceremony only packages include parking for 10 cars. All other cars will need to be offsite with a shuttle service hired. These packages include a sound system with speakers, amp, and wireless microphones. They include up to 150 chairs. You will have access to the event grounds to decorate 3 hours before your ceremony time. Clean up is due by 7pm the day of your ceremony. A $750 security deposit is due 30 days before your event and returned one week from your ceremony. Ceremony packages depend on dates and guest counts. 100 guests or less or a count up to 150 are the two package types. Ceremony only packages run from $1500-$2500. We offer limited dates for ceremony only.

There are several packages available depending on what you are looking for. Are you looking to rent all accommodations? If so we have a site rental package at $5750 that you get full use of the entire property from 9am-10pm. Site rental includes tables, chairs, wireless microphones, pa system and speakers that are basically plug and play, dance floor lighting, LED night theme lighting, café lighting, use of the outdoor commercial kitchen, and set up and tear down of those items. Accommodations are separate and their price is dependent on how many guests you have as well as which dates they are staying and are generally a 3-night minimum. Then I have timed packages. Timed packages are limited to 100 guests or less. These are available in 6 or 8 hour chunks with time for set up and break down before and after your event. A timed event must end by 7 pm as when we have guests staying onsite that are not part of your wedding we like to be able to offer them quiet hours and relaxation time. You would have access to the wedding venue grounds only and not the entire property. These events run $5000 for 8 hours. On shoulder seasons ( May and October ) I do offer a $500 price break on any package.
