Terms and Conditions

Upon signature, the Photographer reserves the time and date agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for that time and date. A non-refundable retainer of one third of the package chosen is due upon the signing of this contract. If a request is made by you, the Client, the Photographer may agree to accept a partial retainer to hold the date. Upon cancellation of the event, the retainer may be re-applied subject to availability if the event is rescheduled. Another payment of the balance due is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the service date. No part of any order will be delivered until the balance is paid in full.
