Our 900 square feet banquet/meeting room can host up to 50 people. It is a great venue for small family reunions, birthday parties, baby showers, trainings, and meetings. Priced affordably at $400 per day and includes tables, chairs, table covers, chair covers, and audio visual equipment (for meetings).
Group discount available on accommodations for 8 or more guest rooms when booked with the event.
Terms and Conditions
To reserve the hall on the date requested requires a contract to be signed by both parties and 50% initial non-refundable deposit. Payment of the remaining balance of the rental fee is due thirty (30) days in advance of the event. The initial deposit is to secure your date and is non-refundable. We will provide tables, chairs, and table covers for the event.
Tents, decorations, catering, and other rentals are not included in the rental fee. If you arrange for outside vendors to provide linens, decorations, or any other vendor supplied
items, you must notify us prior to the event. Every effort will be made to allow set up to occur earlier in the day however, other functions before or after may result in limited time slots available for set up and breakdown of your event. The event venue will be in a clean condition prior to your event. You are required to return the space to the same clean condition in which it was found unless payment for cleanup will be made. We are not responsible for personal effects left on the premises before, during, or after the event.
We want to make every event here a special experience. Therefore, every effort will be made to allow you to prepare and install decorations. No glitter or foil confetti is allowed on site as it is extremely difficult to clean up. Only low tack tape is allowed on our floors, walls and ceilings. All decorations must be removed without causing damage to our facility. No items may be hung from or attached to lighting fixtures or electrical outlets and switches. In particular, for safety reasons, any items capable of creating an unsafe environment will not be allowed (fireworks, including sparklers, open flames, sharp objects, etc.).
Damage to any room, space, furnishings, and/or equipment by you or your guests or vendors will result in appropriate charges based on cost of replacement, repair, additional cleaning, etc. A charge of $20 per table cover will be assessed if any table cover is damaged or stained.
If you plan to serve alcohol, it will be your responsibility to obtain the appropriate license and serve alcohol. You must obtain and provide us the evidence of liquor liability insurance with our company listed as additional insured. You acknowledge responsibility for the proper and lawful consumption of alcoholic beverages during the duration of the event described in this contract.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Group One Hospitality LLC, owners, officers, employees, and agents from any liabilities, costs, penalties, or expenses arising out of and/or resulting from the rental and use of the premises resulting from any act done, or omission by or through you, your agents, contractors, employees, invitees, or any person on the premises by reason of your use or occupancy thereof. These may include, but are not limited to accident, injury, and death, or damage to property arising from any act of your guests, whether intentional or negligent, which occur during use. You agree to pay all costs and attorney fees incurred by Group One Hospitality LLC, its owners and representatives in defending any such claim or action brought against Group One Hospitality LLC, its owner and/or its representatives.
You agree that Group One Hospitality LLC and its officers shall not be liable for losses, damages, detention, delay or failure to perform in whole or in part resulting from causes beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, fires, weather conditions, power outages, strikes, and riots.
This contract contains the entire agreement between the parties and there are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement whether oral or written. This agreement supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
Please note that per our hotel policy, all events must end by 10pm and all music must end by 9pm.
