By signing you agree to the following:
1. Permission to use
The proprietor grants permission to Client, and Client accepts, permission to use the Facility solely on the Event Dates, and during the Event Time, subject to the terms and conditions as agreed upon below.
2. Use of Facility
The Studio must be used only for purposes as indicated in the agreement.
CONGREGATION IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING OR WITHIN A ONE BLOCK RADIUS AT ANY
TIME THROUGHOUT THE DURATION OF THE EVENT IS NOT ALLOWED.
FIRECRACKERS/EXPLOSIVES IN THE FACILITY OR WITHIN A ONE BLOCK RADIUS OF
THE FACILITY IS ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED. THE USE OF ANY TYPE OF GRAFFITI,
CONFETTI, GLITTER, SILLY STRING, STAPLES, NAILS, OR SCREWS, IS STRICTLY
PROHIBITED. BALLOONS MUST BE DEFLATED AND BAGGED AFTER EVENT. WALL
AND/OR CEILING DECORATIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. ANY CONDITION OF
FACILITY DEEMED TO REQUIRE OVER-EXCESSIVE CLEANING BY “CLOSER” WILL START
AT A PENALTY OF $75.
Should the Facility be used for purposes, or in a manner, other than those agreed, and/or neighboring property be adversely affected through client or client’s guests’ activity, the proprietor has the right to STOP the event, TERMINATE the Agreement and RETAIN ALL FUNDS RECEIVED.
3. RETAINER FEE; SECOND PAYMENT; INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT; FINAL PAYMENT
Use of the Facility requires a RETAINER FEE (“the Fee”). The Client shall not reserve an Event Date and Event Time until Client has made the Fee of 30% at time of online booking and signature of the contract. The Second payment of 30% is due 50 days before Event Date. The full Final payment of 40% should be made no later than 30 days prior to the Event.
*ADDITIONAL TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS ($200) INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT WILL BE ADDED TO THE FINAL PAYMENT TOTAL.
The Incidental Deposit will be refunded once the Proprietor is satisfied that the Facility was left in good condition after the event and no damage or loss (see below and paragraphs 2., 4., 11., and 18.) was incurred.
Clients may NOT receive ANY portion of the refund if ANY of the following occur:
- Client or guest attached anything to the wall
-Client or guest removed PMP Event Studio decor from the venue (including table sign frames)
-Client did not clean space (tables, kitchen, food buffet area parking lot, etc)
- Client did not place all trash into dumpster behind the venue
-Client damages walls, doors, tables or any other furniture, decor, or items belonging to venue (Subject to additional fees)
-Client brings alcoholic beverages into the venue without consulting the venue owners
-Client does not arrange for vendor rental items to be picked up before event ending time.
-Client and or guests leave the venue after contract ending time.
The Incidental Deposit will be refunded to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days of Event Date.
FAILURE TO MAKE FULL PAYMENT AT LEAST 20 DAYS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE WILL
RESULT IN CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION. ALL FUNDS RECEIVED WILL BE RETAINED.
*Bookings made within 30 days or less of Event Date must be paid in full. The 30% RETAINER FEE will be made at booking. The Final payment of 70% should be made with in 24 hours of booking. Any cancellations are subject to a 0% refund.
We do not accept checks.
We only accept debit or credit.
If your card payment is declined or charged back at any point, we will charge an additional $35 chargeback fee.
LATE PAYMENT FEE
In the event that the Client, for any reason, is not able to fulfill payments set forth above, the following charges will be applied accordingly:
1-5 days late from the scheduled payment - $50 fee will be applied.
6 to 8 days late from the scheduled payment -$100 fee will be applied.
In the case of a non-payment after 8 days from the grace period given, PMP Event Studio has the rights to cancel the event and open the date for another client. There are
