Terms and Conditions

*Total is due no later than 1 day before event. If paying by check, the balance must be sent no later than 10 days before event. If making additional online payments, there is a 4% service fee that will be added to your balance.* Cancellation of a booking by a Client must be accompanied by written notice at least 30 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in full payment still being owed to the Company. Your retainer is non-refundable. If a combined package is selected and either the DJ or Photo Booth service is removed, $200 of the retainer would be lost, and not able to be applied towards balance nor refunded. OTHER – you may apply your non-refundable down payment to a new booking on an available date for a period of 6 months from the date of cancellation.
