About Root & Stem Catering
Root & Stem caters the Metropolitan Washington area for both corporate and social events of all sizes and needs. The Root division of the company is focused on the corporate client that caters breakfast & lunches in their offices and conference centers in the DC Area. This food is made from scratch and elegantly prepared by our experienced culinary team. The food is match with personal customer service built from an extensive amount of experience in the local area.
The Stem division is a creative events division pairing chef driven, seasonal and restaurant quality food to weddings, private social events, corporate galas, and all of the other social gatherings in and around Washington DC. We put our food forward with buying from local, small purveyors, the same as the top restaurants in the area do. We also provide an experience team that can walk clients through the process and assist them in not only selecting the best food & beverage for their event, but also working with the area’s top rental companies to provide linens, china, flatware, glassware, floral and any many other event supplies.
