The first thing I would say is that I received many compliments on the cleanliness and the look of the limo from my bridal party and other guests at the wedding. The limo is a relatively new white Cadillac stretch, which comfortably fit our 8 person bridal party, and was impeccable on the inside. Of all the limos we looked at in Rochester, this was by far the cleanest. The people at Elite Limo are young and very fun and friendly. They were willing to work with us to make sure we had a limo service when we needed it and that we did not pay for things that we did not need. The driver (also co-owner) himself was great; he was neat, organized and professional. Also, the cost of roughly 7 hrs (and an end of the night pick up) was by far the cheapest in Rochester. They were even happy to add us on to a busy day when our wedding date had to be moved suddenly. Whenever I called the limo service they were quick to answer and always polite. They called a week prior to the event to gather all the information and schedules of the day and on the day of the event they showed up early, provided contact info and already knew all the routes they had to drive.
