B-Side is the East Side's newest event space, opened in 2016. We are the brother restaurant to Donnelly's Public House (just down the street) in Fairport. Donnelly's has been a full service bar and restaurant open since 2004 and need a space to host all the parties and special events. B-Side has a fully private upstairs space with a full bar and bathroom. There is a two-tier walk out second floor deck that is used during the better weather. The upstairs and the deck has a wonderful view of the Village. The second floor space can comfortably hold up to 55 people for a cocktail reception with hors d'oeuvres, and when the outside space is used, it easily hosts up to 85 people. Additionally, we use the upstairs for seated dinners. The private space upstairs is used twice a month to hold beer/spirits dinners with up to 35 people seated. Downstairs is used as a semi-private event space. It shares restrooms with bar patrons, but is still very available for events where numbers are greater than the upstairs can handle or if full handicap accessibility is needed. Utilizing the entire restaurant space for a fully private event is also a possibility. We have closed in the past for unique private events when the numbers exceed what either space individually can hold. Bands are also a welcome addition to any private celebrations. B-Side is staffed with very experienced employees at all positions, guaranteeing that from planning through event service, all aspects to provide a successful event are covered.
