• The ceremony site is considered the tunnel of trees or anywhere on the property.
• Weather permitting we will set up the ceremony site on Friday before the wedding for rehearsal.

Lodge (1,200 square foot facility with a 60 person maximum indoor seating)
Setup includes:
• Your exclusive use of the venue for the entire day, beginning at 8am they day of wedding
• Round tables with folding chairs and table linens
• Our staff will do all Setup/Cleanup, and you will be responsible for setting up any decorations you bring in
• Continuous food and beverage service during reception (food taken up after two hours)
• Burlap table runners and/or burlap puddle pieces, lanterns and wood pieces are available
• Acrylic ware is provided for your catered meal (dinner plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups, napkins, small plates & napkins for the wedding cake). You and your photographer would have full use of our grounds for your bridal shoot and engagement pictures.

• Our staff will do all Setup/Cleanup, and you will be responsible for setting up any decorations you bring in

• Burlap table runners and/o burlap puddle pieces, lanterns and wood pieces are available
• Antique Carts for wedding cake and groom's cake with wooden stump cake stand are available
• Acrylic ware is provided for your catered meal (dinner plates, knives, forks, spoons, cups, napkins, small plates & napkins for the wedding cake)
• We will supply tubs and ice for icing down your alcohol
• You and your photographer would have full use of our grounds for your bridal shoot and/or engagement pictures to be scheduled with our Event Coordinator.

Our menu pricing starts at $30 per person and includes:
• Full buffet meal or heavy hors d’oeuvres includes 4-hours of facility rental
• All paper products, utensils and cups are provided for your buffet, Acrylic ware used for more formal events
• Picnic tables at the Barn; Round tables + chairs at the Lodge.
• Linens + various centerpieces can be provided if requested.
• Alcohol is allowed with assigned bartender provided by Oak Hollow Farm and signed Indemnity Waiver
- Bartender fee is $125 for setup/service/break down
• A 8% sales tax is applied to total (excluding service fee)
• A 15% service fee (excluding bartender) is added to the invoice and is disbursed among all staff assigned to your event
• Setup/Cleaning fee for the Barn, which requires a 75 person minimum is $300
• Setup/Cleaning fee for the Lodge, which accommodates up to 55 people (inside seating capacity) is $200
• Each venue is equipped with media equipment for slideshow presentations & background music. Personal music playlist cannot be managed by OHF staff.
• DJ’s, Bands, Face Painting, Petting Zoo and Inflatables are contracted at an additional charge
• Activities provided by OHF at no additional charges include:
- Volleyball, Basketball, Corn Hole, Horseshoes, Fishing
• Activities provided by OHF for an additional cost include:
- Horseback Riding & Pony Rides can be provided for $35pp for a one hour trailride
- Skeet Shooting can be provided for $35pp (One-Round; guns included)
- Hayrides are available for a one time charge of $100. (For as many hayrides needed to ride everyone in your group)
Pricing is subject to change based on menu selection, guest total, bartender fee or any additional items or services that Oak Hollow Farm may provide such as setup/busing/restocking of rental dishware or removal of picnic tables.
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure a date with this deposit being applied to your final balance, due prior or no later than the event date.
