About District Hall

Restaurant & Venue available for private events, with full bar and 14 beers on tap. Located just one mile from Downtown Fairhope next to our other venue option (Warehouse Bakery). Inside, Outside, or both are available for your corporate party, wedding, holiday party, reception, meeting, or other private event/party. Decorating/re-arranging is allowed. In-house catering is available from District Hall or Warehouse Bakery. The inside holds up to 60 people, plus 40 comfortably under the connected covered patio. Large uncovered patio allows for plenty more seating if needed. Features a covered stage outside and two bars, one of which can serve inside and out. Corn hole, ring toss, and chalk for the kids. Plenty of reserved parking, and nearby overflow parking as well.

Cannot recommend District Hall enough for allowing us to host a baby shower at their restaurant! Atmosphere was 11/10!

Ed was so easy to work with for our event. Warehouse Bakery catered the food for our family reunion. The food was delicious. Ed and staff were on site to help with anything needed. They help make our event perfect. Highly recommend.
