The Kelley Center Presentation Room, located alongside the University’s Admissions Office, can be set up in a number of ways, with a capacity of approximately 100 chairs in rows, or multiple tables. Three large windows look out on the center of campus, in view of the signature “Stag” statue and other academic buildings and residences.

The Aloysius P. Kelley, S.J. Theatre seats up to 740 guests. The proscenium stage includes an Austrian-style main curtain, adjustable hard masking legs and permanent sprung dance floor. The stage measures up to 36' wide (72' wall to wall) by 42' deep from plaster line with a thrust adding an additional 7' of depth. The Kelley Theatre offers a full theatrical lighting system with front, overhead, and side lighting operated with an ETC Element light board.
The Kelley Theatre boasts a High-Definition Video Projection System driven by a 20,000 lumen Christie 3DLP 2K20 HD Boxer and is capable of a 25' wide-image on a high definition rear projection screen or on a full stage self-masking rear projection screen with projected image size of up to 20' wide. The system can project crystal clear high definition images via Blu-Ray or computer generated sources from multiple input locations which makes presenting convenient and allows the presenter to view and manipulate presentations from onstage, back stage or viewing booth locations.
The Dolby Digital Audio system features 5.1 surround sound driven by Myers self-powered speaker cabinets with a Yamaha M7 audio console providing clear sound control.

Located just inside the main entrance to the University, Alumni House can accommodate many types of events and meetings with 9,600 square feet of space. On the ground floor, the Robert J. Brennan Room offers conference-style seating for 32, with the potential for other set-ups. The room has a casual living room atmosphere, with assorted couches and comfortable lounge chairs, a piano, fireplace, and a beautiful view. The combination of a relaxed lounge setting alongside a conference room makes this a good spot for meetings, awards ceremonies, and social gatherings.

The Barone Campus Center serves as the central hub for the university community with multiple spaces that are well suited for a wide variety of events. The lower level lobby of the Barone Campus Center is a spacious, open venue, which creates a bright and welcoming atmosphere perfect for any event. The Campus Center has four meeting rooms on the second floor equipped to meet a multitude of needs while the mezzanine between the third and fourth floors creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere that can accommodate a variety of set-ups.

Built in 1927, with sumptuous wood paneling throughout, Bellarmine Hall is a signature building located at the high point of the University campus. The mansion exudes charm, elegance and a gorgeous view of Long Island Sound. On a lovely evening, the view from the lawn outside Bellarmine Hall will be remembered long after the event is over.

The DiMenna-Nyselius Library offers a number of venues on three floors. The Multimedia Center, located on the ground floor, is set with 90 seats, podium, projection, and audio set-up. There are also a number of smaller conference rooms and computer labs, with seating for 20 to 30 people, computers, and projection for conference or training sessions. Upstairs, six smaller meeting rooms accommodate between 6 and 8 people. The quiet, welcoming, studious environment sets the tone for any serious discussion, gathering, or meeting.

The Dolan Hall Chapel is one of the first chapels on campus, before Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola was built. Located near the townhouses, it is a quaint, small meeting area, perfect for small celebrations, discussions, or presentations. The room, which has a overlooking balcony, can comfortably accommodate around 50 to 60 people.

Egan Chapel is one of the University’s larger gathering spaces, located in the center of campus. There are 12 rows of chairs attached together as pews, with a total capacity of about 200 for any sort of presentation or religious gatherings, such as weddings or communions. A piano and drum set are also available.

Previously the Jesuit residence on campus, Faber Hall was recently converted into a student residence hall. The Dining Commons is a beautiful, versatile room on the first floor which can be used as a lounge, banquet hall, lecture space, and more. The bright room has an exposed wood beam ceiling. A patio overlooks woods and a lawn.

Located on the first story of a Gonzaga Residence Hall, Gonzaga Auditorium is a theater-style venue with state-of-the-art audio-video and projection and plush theater style seats. This venue is a comfortable space for movie screenings and performances. The beautifully decorated lobby provides a gathering space for pre- or post-event gathering.

The Main Dining Room is Fairfield's all-you-care-to-eat student restaurant, featuring a wide variety of options. Located on the fourth floor of the Barone Campus Center, the room is large and open, and overlooks the center of campus. It can be adjusted to accommodate large groups, a stage, and dance floor. The serving area is state-of-the-art, and is designed to offer a range of dining options including vegan, gluten-free, and allergen-free.

The Quick Center for the Arts, which opened in 1990, serves as a vibrant hub of creative and educational events and programs for both the University and the surrounding community. The multi-faceted facility includes a state-of-the-art theater, smaller “black box” theater space, and an art gallery. Dolan School of Business, can be set up in a variety of ways including banquet, conference, lecture or lounge styles with a capacity of 125 banquet style or 175 lecture style. The Leitao Entrance Lobby provides 2,500 square feet of open space to host 250 guests for a reception, workshop or presentation. With a custom three tier chandelier and glass façade with floor to ceiling windows, guests experience an airy atmosphere that is open and welcoming. In addition, the space includes Café Q, offering a separate area within the action to sell treats for your guests.

The Levee is Fairfield University’s very own on-campus sports bar, located directly across from the main entrance to the Aloysius P. Kelley Center. Built in an L-shape, The Levee provides various seating for about 100-120 people, with booths and low/high bar tables. Along with eight different selections of draft beer, The Levee also serves pizza, calzones, grinders and more. The restaurant provides a great environment for events such as concerts, dances, DJs, and comedy shows, and can be equipped for a variety of celebrations or gatherings.

One of the larger indoor facilities on campus, the Oak Room is a ballroom located on the third floor of the Barone Campus Center. Wood-paneled walls, tile flooring, and large windows create a bright and welcoming atmosphere. With a capacity of 400 chairs in rows and 256 banquet style seating, the Oak Room can be transformed to host a wide range of events. The adjacent patio can be used to expand the space and bring your event to the next level with an outdoor component.

General Event Space

The Lawrence A. Wien Experimental Theatre offers a black box theatre (40' x 40') providing the flexibility to configure the space for a theatrical performance (120 seated in chairs/risers) or dinner party (100 guests capacity). The space offers an installed audio system for lectures and audio playback as well as projection capabilities.
