No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue and within the designated area outside. Please use the designated smoking area outside the building. 3. Only approved caterers: To ensure the quality of service and compliance with venue regulations, only approved caterers are allowed to provide food and beverage services at The Overflow. Please inquire about our list of approved caterers. 4. Open to the public: The Overflow is open to the public for events and gatherings. Guests are expected to respect the space and other event attendees during their visit. 5. Alcohol allowed on the premises 7. 1 hour set up and 1 hour for take down included at no additional cost.
