Terms and Conditions

TERMS OF CONTRACT: -In the event that the client fails to follow the above payment schedule, the photographer has the right to retain all photographs and products until the balance is paid. -All deposits/payments are non refundable after 7 days of initial agreement. Cancellation of contract must be emailed or a certified letter. Cancelation of contract: Liquidated Damages. If you cancel contract the Bleu Studio will suffer damages because of its obligation to shooters and denying other potential clients for the date. The Bleu Studio has the right to keep all payments made as liquidated damages. -The photographer reserves the right to substitute a professional back up photographer in the event of unforeseen circumstances. (Illness, acts of God, family emergency...) -The client is required to fulfill all product/album orders within eight months of wedding date. After eight months the client will be subject to a 10% increase of products not completed (current pricing applicable). - All albums in contract must be completed and approved 8 months after wedding date or a $300 charge will be due upon pick up of albums. - Once first set of changes have been made in album design if additional changes are needed a $25 charge will apply for each additional change -The Bleu Studio will be the ONLY professional photographer for the event. Including DJ or Bands. If images are to be displayed by entertainment /Bleu will provide photographer and images. If services are needed a $200 charge will be filed. -The studio reserves the right to use client negatives or reproductions for display, publication or other promotional uses without permission from the client. -The studio takes the utmost care in photographing, processing and delivering the product. However, in the event the studio fails to comply with the terms of this contract, due to any event or act outside the control of the studio, the studio's liability is limited to refund of current payment completed. -If the client fails to pay according to the above payment schedule the studio reserves the right to bill the on-file credit card account after 30 days of the missed payment. ___________________________Exp.__________
