Great Place to Have an Event - An Eventective User from Colorado Springs, CO

Jenelle at Hiwan Golf Golf is an absolute pleasure to work with. They have a wonderful event room, really, everything went very well. We started early, so that may have helped keep things seamless. We had a wonderful time and everyone loved the party.

Rehearsal dinner for 66 people - An Eventective User from Colorado Springs, CO

After searching high and low for a reasonably-priced location in Evergreen, CO for a large Rehearsal Dinner I visited the Hiwan Golf Club. Every single person I encountered at Hiwan was very gracious and helpful. Expecting that trying to work out all the details for the dinner from two hours away would be challenging, I was pleasantly surprised with how easy Jennell Yarrish made my experience. She was quick to respond to all calls and emails, which made planning the event a lot of fun. Her suggestions for how to arrange and decorate the room were all wonderful. When I let her know that a member of the bridal party had significant dietary restrictions, Jennell made sure that those restrictions were followed for that guest. Jennell also made sure that the children who attended had an appropriate meal. A few guests had not arrived from out of town in time for the dinner so the kitchen staff gladly packed those meals to go. The food was outstanding, the service was wonderful and the whole evening was a huge success thanks to Jennell and her staff. I wholeheartedly and highly recommend Hiwan Golf Club for any special occasion held in Evergreen, CO.
