Terms and Conditions

Commencement of engagement, together with physical delivery of this contract is deemed to be verification of an oral agreement and acceptance of all terms by the Client. No agreements, representations, or warranties other than those set forth in this agreement shall be binding on any of the parties unless set forth in writing and signed by both parties. If one or more of the provisions of this agreement is held invalid, unenforceable or illegal in any respect, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and in full force and effect. Some dates may be sold out so please check with us prior to booking. Additional Time is rated at $95.00 for each additional ½ hour if you would like the DJ to stay longer, upon availability. Six minutes over the ½ hour and you’re subject to the $95.00 fee. Any additional overtime will be billed to you after your event.
