In 2023, Bauer’s Grove Bauerhaus will celebrate 143 years in the hospitality industry and it's fifth generation of Bauer ownership since the company’s inception in the late 1800’s. For decades and multiple generations, Bauer’s Grove was a destination for many churches and companies to enjoy summer picnics on the 32 acres of property. As it's popularity grew, so did the need for more land and new facilities to accommodate the group sizes. In 1986, The Bauerhaus, a full-service event venue, was constructed to replace the existing dance pavilion and event space. Since that transition to full service events, Bauerhaus has become an industry leading venue for private and corporate events. Then in 2000, the company transitioned and grew again into catering services for corporate deliveries and private events around the tristate. Today, Bauerhaus Catering is delivering daily and around the clock to companies, private facilities and rental halls for groups of all sizes and event types with a large fleet of vans and a full-service catering team. Within the talents of the onsite culinary team, Bauerhaus Pastry emerged and now all pastries, specialty cakes and desserts are baked by these specialists for events served by Bauerhaus. Pastry orders are also available for pickup or delivery for any type of special occasion that you might be planning. Bauerhaus today is more than a venue or caterer or baker.
