Conference Room Rental:
Our Conference Room is available Sunday-Thursday at $100 per hour, with a minimum of 4 hours. This option includes:
Availability between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm
Tables and chairs, along with setup and teardown service
All AV equipment, including a speaker, microphone, projector, and screen. A small stage and podium are available on request.
Our Conference Room holds up too 40 people.
We have four exclusive caterers that will take care of your food, bar, and beverage services. Our caterers are Acropolis, Just Rennie’s, Schnitzelbank, and Jayson Munoz Caters. All of our caterers provide different services, so you will want to reach out to them separately to receive more information about pricing, availability, and services for catering at The Old Post Office Plaza.
To book an event with us, we require half down as the nonrefundable deposit that will go towards your rental. Once we have a deposit and a signed agreement from you, we can reserve the date for you.
If you are interested in touring the Old Post Office Plaza, we can set up a time to do that together.

Our Ballroom holds up to 300 people.

We do require security at The Old Post Office Plaza if any alcohol is served. We will set up security for you, but you do pay the officer separately.
