We provide an affordable space to many civic organizations, such as Rotary and Chamber of Commerce. We also provide an affordable space to some organizations, such as: Military Officers Assn. of America, Women Marines, Rosie the Riveters, The Vet Center, Young Marines, Veterans’ Memorial Services, Girl Scouts of USA and others. By renting space at the Veterans Memorial Building, you are helping us preserve the heritage of this unique historic building. We have three wonderful rental spaces. First is the Ballroom, it is one of only two floating dance floors in the state of Oregon. Many dance groups, weddings, and large catered events rent space because of the hardwood dance floor and the ambiance of the room and building. Next is the Colonial Inn, it is a warm room, great for parties up to 100 people seated at tables. It is carpeted but also has a dance floor. Last is our newest space, it will accommodate groups up to 25 seated at tables, ideal for small meetings, luncheons, or a private dinner space. We have an in-house restaurant, bar and caterer in McCallums, or if you so wish, you can cater your own event. Our historic building has the rooms and service to meet your needs.
