Terms and Conditions

BSVM Productions will provide all products and materials agreed upon based on the guidelines of the chosen package. BSVM productions reserves all creative control over editing and music selections used in the final product. Delivery of the finished product will be within 90 days of the event with a sample of the product made available prior to that time. Additional request or changes to the agreed package will be negotiated as they arise. Client agrees to provide a deposit of $50 or 10% of package price to reserve the event date. The deposit will not be refundable within 30 days of the event if client cancels for any reason. Client agrees to allow footage to be used in BSVM productions portfolio.
