Our Traditional Package (2-8 hours) for the hall rental includes use of our great hall, attached outdoor patio, and yard. Set up and cleaning fees are included. Tables and chairs available and set up prior to the event.
Access to the bar, bathrooms, and billiards are also available but are open to the public as well.
Full house rentals (bar, billiards, hall, and more) are not available unless approved and are charged at a higher cost.
Satellite bar in the hall is available for $25 per hour.
An additional $10 charge per person for groups over 60.
Additional $150 charge for events held on Fridays and Saturdays.

Rules and Regulations
General Information
1. Applicants are responsible for reading all information and complying with all rules and regulations.
2. The individual signing personally guarantees the obligations of the organization or group using the facilities at American Legion Post 119 (“the facilities”).
3. Signed event orders and deposits will be accepted by the American Legion Post 119’s representative in-person at 850 N. St. Vrain Ave. Estes Park, CO. 80517, by mail at PO Box 127, Estes Park, CO. 80517, or by email to events@esteslegion.org.
4. This form does not grant any rights to Applicant or authorize Applicant’s use of the facilities until approved by a representative of the Post. The American Legion reserves the right to refuse use of the facilities to any person or group.
5. The American Legion Post 119 or its affiliates are not responsible for claims of personal injury or death, or for damage to or loss of property relating to rental of or occurring at the facilities or the facility grounds.
6. Individuals or organizations granted use of the facilities agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by such use and agree to indemnify, defend, protect and hold the American Legion Post 119 and its affiliates harmless from all claims and damages arising from their use of the facilities and facility grounds.
7. No animals, except service dogs, are allowed in the facilities at any time.
8. No smoking or open flames are allowed in or around the facilities. Smoking is only allowed outside the building, 15’ away from the access points, in designated areas.
9. The American Legion Post 119 reserves the right to require security guards be present during an event or rental and at the expense of the renter.
10. Applicant(s) may not store items in the facilities prior to the event. Items left for more than 24 hours after an event will be considered abandoned and shall become the sole property of the Post, which will be free to dispose of any such items as it sees fit. Any cost of disposal will be deducted from security deposit or charged to the applicant.
11. On the date(s) of the event, the facilities will be opened and closed by a representative of Post 119. The Post representative shall have access to the facility at all times, and shall not be excluded for any reason.
12. Posters and any publicity must be approved by the Post in advance.

13. The Post staff may photograph or videotape all attendees, including minor children and the Post may use photographs or videotapes to promote American Legion programs. All photos or videotapes will be the property of the Post.
14. No outside food and no alcohol may be brought into the club by the applicant or their guests. The Post reserves the right to shut down the event if this rule is broken, with no refund of fees. Outside licensed catering must be cleared by The Post 119 representative and will not compromise the food licensing agreement in place at Post 119. The representative reserves the right to deny catering if such options are available by Post 119 kitchen.
15. The Legion kitchen and coolers/freezers are not accessible for any staging, cooking or storage of food.
16. The event times indicated on Post 119 Event Estimate are the arrival and departure time and applicants will arrive and vacate the facility promptly by the time specified on the agreement. Early arrivals for decorating or other requests will be dictated by the Post 119 representative.
17. All events will have a minimum 30 minute window prior to the event to access the hall for additional set up. Additional time should be requested well in advance and is subject to the consideration of the post representative. Extra time may not be allowed if other events or meetings are being held in the hall before said event.......
