MENU:
Menu selections must be made and can be changed up to fourteen (14) days prior to the Event.
FINAL ATTENDANCE:
Carlson’s Landing requires the final attendance seven (7) days in advance of the event. Customer agrees to pay for the number of attendees listed on the invoice. This includes those individuals accounted for in the Final Attendance that do NOT attend. No adjustment will be made for guests accounted for in the final headcount that do not attend.
EVENT DEPOSIT:
A 30% event deposit is required to confirm your reservation at Carlson’s Landing. All events are booked on a first-come?, first-served basis and we are not able to “hold” a space until the deposit has been received.
OUTSIDE FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
A $3.50 per person cake cutting fee will be added to the bill for any cake brought into our establishment from an outside vendor.
PAYMENT:
The entire balance is due payable in cash, credit card or check at the completion of the scheduled event.
A Meals Tax of 7.35% will be added to the final event balance.
A 20% gratuity will be added to the final event balance, by booking with Carlson’s Landing you agree to this fee.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Notice of cancellation must be made to Carlson’s Landing. Cancellations made prior to 14 days of the event will receive a full refund of the amount deposited.
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the event will forfeit the amount deposited.
