Terms and Conditions

Two 1/2 to Three hours of Consecutive Photography, all Photos will be supplied on CD rom one week AFTER the event is shot. $ 95 non-refundable deposit payable required upon booking. * In the event of a postponement or cancellation of event /contract (on your end), the deposits are non-refundable. *If an event is canceled/postponed less than 30 days before event, KARA PHOTOGRAPHY & KLS PHOTOS & IMAGING are entitled to 50 % of the remaining contract fee. In the event, KARA PHOTOGRAPHY & KLS PHOTOS & IMAGING are able to book another event on the same date, all moneys will be returned, excluding non-refundable deposit. * Balance of Photography services MUST BE RECEIVED two (2) weeks prior to Event via PayPal Invoice or Check. PACKAGE PRICING is Valid within 45 minutes of the Broomfield Area. $50 per hour travel time may be added to counties outside of the initial area – DEPENDING ON LOCATION, OVERNIGHT STAY MAY BE REQUIRED – ADDITIONAL FEES APPLY - NOT VALID FOR WEDDINGS - If we arrive to an event and there is a Wedding in place, a MANDATORY Wedding Fee must be paid ( on top of all fees paid ) in the amount of $ 1,500
